These number worksheets 1-20 pick up where numbers 1 to 10 leave off. Each number from 11 to 20 has four pages: trace the big number, color that many pictures, show it as 10 and some more in two ten frames, and find it among look-alike numbers.
The teen numbers are tricky because we say them backwards. We say "fourteen" with the four first, but write the 1 first. That is why so many children write 41 for 14. Every page set shows the number as one full ten and some ones, and the find pages put 41 next to 14 so children learn to look at the order of the digits.
The mixed pages cover all of 1 to 20: a numbers chart with ten frames, counting dots in ten frames, a number path to count along and trace, a number order track with a cut and paste page and a no-cut twin, and a 1 to 20 dot to dot. Every page is black and white, prints on US Letter or A4, and pages with one right answer have an answer key on page 2.

Recognizing the numbers 1 to 10 comes first, so these pages are a good next step once those feel easy.
We say the 4 first in "fourteen" but write the 1 first. Showing teen numbers as one full ten and some ones, as these pages do, helps children see why the 1 comes first.
Yes. The find the number pages, counting to 20, the number order pages and the dot to dot have an answer key on page 2. Tracing and coloring pages do not need one.
