About holiday worksheets for 4th graders
These holiday worksheets for 4th graders keep the busiest weeks of the year full of real learning. Each holiday brings 4th grade skills: multi-step and remainder word problems, 2-digit by 1-digit multiplication, fractions on line plots and in recipes, area and perimeter formulas, nonfiction reading and opinion writing.
Pages are organized by season. Thanksgiving and Christmas each have a page just for 4th graders, and Thanksgiving, Christmas and winter each have a math page that runs from preschool to 5th grade. Holiday word searches, crosswords and word scrambles come in easy, medium and hard levels, the writing prompt pages have a 3rd to 5th grade group, and Christmas around the world compares how families celebrate in different countries.
Every page is secular and prints in black and white. Pages with one right answer have an answer key, with sample answers for written questions.

What holiday activities work for 4th grade?
Pages that practice real 4th grade skills with a holiday theme: multi-step and remainder word problems, 2-digit by 1-digit multiplication, fractions on line plots and in recipes, area and perimeter formulas, nonfiction reading and opinion writing. Puzzles and writing prompts make good early-finisher and party-day work.
Are there answer keys?
Yes, for every page with one right answer, including word searches, crosswords and scrambles, with sample answers for written questions.
Are the holiday pages religious?
No. Every holiday page is secular and inclusive. Thanksgiving pages are about food, family, gratitude and the harvest, and Christmas pages are about trees, gifts, snow and traditions around the world.
